The Johnson & Johnson Official 7 Minute Workout App features workouts that are fast and efficient. The app is free and available for iPhone and Android.
The app includes:
•36 body resistance exercises developed and tested by Chris Jordan, creator of the original 7 Minute Workout
•18 new workouts with more than 1,000 different variations, all rooted in science (this includes 6 new workouts just added – will be officially announced next week; Android platform currently has 12 workouts)
•Ability to ‘build your own workout’ guided by the science of the original workout
